Chateaux Georgian in historic Niagara-on-the-Lake is being developed by Rashmi Nathwani who has 30 years experience with infill construction. He
has been involved in many townhouse projects in Toronto including:
- Residences of Walnut Hall (10 exclusive Georgian units nestled in the downtown core)
- Upper Beach Village (an eclectic mix of 29 units near the Danforth)
- Beach Flats (21 triplex units in the East End)
- Bloor West Lofts (64 "contemporary lofts" located at the NEC of
Symington and Bloor Street East)
- York Woods Village (24 secluded units overlooking the Black Creek ravine)
- Oakdale Townes (5 units surrounded by parkland and golf courses)
- Corktown Brownstones (12 luxury units in Historic Corktown on King Street East).
Our current projects are:
- Chelsea Lofts - 72 units located at 1375 Dupont Street, Toronto
- North Beach - 72 units located at 601 Kingston Road, Toronto (west
of Main Street)
- Chateaux Georgean - 12 exclusive units in the historic Niagara-on-the-Lake
